CARDONALD RAINBOWS' SURPRISE VISITORS!

The 1st and 2nd North Cardonald Rainbows got a huge surprise when Santa brought along two of his reindeer to their Christmas party at St. Nicholas Church. The girls got to pet and feed the reindeer after they met santa and of course pose for photos. The Reindeer, and their "elf" handlers were outside the hall when the parents came back to see the girls meet Santa and as no-one knew it was a marvellous surprise for everyone.

Comet, the big white reindeer loved the hedge as he apparently hadn't seen one for several months because of the weather while Dasher, the smaller brown reindeer was too interested in getting cuddles and food from the girls to be bothered about boring green stuff!!! It was a fantastic experience for the girls although the adults enjoyed it as much if not more.
