Come and enjoy the activities below:

Skydive

Greenock Division Guiders Wilma Carroll and Lynsey Hammerman will have their Centenary “Mountain top moment” when they skydive on 9th May! The girls felt that this would also be a great opportunity to raise funds for Ardgowan Hospice where our great friend Joyce Gardner spent her last few weeks. ALL donations will go to the Hospice as a huge big thank you to them from Girlguiding. If anyone would like to support the girls by making a donation, please follow the link to their website. https://ardgowan.workwithus.org/Fundraising/Donate.aspx?page=5705

On Sunday 6.9.09 around 2000 Rainbow, Brownie and Guides attended a huge launch party at the Lagoon Centre in Paisley to celebrate the start of our Centenary year.

Wilma Carroll our Out-door activity adviser piped in the flags and pennants of the Guide and Brownie units to a rousing rendition of Scotland the Brave

There was a cat walk display of the uniforms over the past 100 years worn by girls of the County.

We were then entertained by members of Girl Guiding Renfrewshire who sang, danced along to songs from current shows. The winners of the Renfrewshire’s X factor RANDOM also sang.

The most important factor of all that EVERYONE   had FUN!!!!!!!
